Feed and grazing – If feed is a growing concern, the Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) has support available for farmers needing help to source feed for livestock. The Feed Coordination Service connects farmers with surplus feed – such as silage, hay, or grazing – to farmers and stock who need it. Call 0800 FARMING (0800 327 646) to access feed support and follow the voice prompts.
