Pursuant to the Transport (Vehicular Traffic Road Closure) Regulations 1965, notice is hereby given that the Waimakariri District Council, for the purpose of the Kaiapoi, Rangiora and Oxford Christmas Parades, proposes to close the following roads to ordinary vehicular traffic for the periods indicated hereunder.

In July 2024, kerb and channel renewal works were completed on Palmer Street, along with a water main upgrade and installation of a new 450mm stormwater main. Since then, some areas where the new works tie into the existing road have developed defects.
