All vehicles on the road (whether they are being used or no) must display a current licence label and warrant of fitness. If your ticket was issued for one of these offences, the Parking Adjudication team will consider your explanation if:

• The licence label and/or warrant of fitness had expired less than one calendar month at the time that the infringement notice was issued.
• A new licence label or warrant of fitness was obtained within five working days of the infringement notice being issued.
• This was your first infringement notice for this, or a similar type of offence.
