Time spent actioning the request in excess of one hour	1 July 2026 - 30 June 2027
For the first chargeable half-hour of part thereof	$38.00
For each half-hour thereafter	$38.00

All other costs to obtain or supply the information

The amount actually incurred in responding to the request. It is the Governance Manager’s discretion to determine full cost recovery.

Deposits

A deposit may be required where the charge is likely to exceed $100 or where some assurance of payment is required to avoid waste of resources. The Governance Manager has discretion to determine the deposit required.
