We are changing our process for PIM ONLY’s in that the applicant will be required to pay any outstanding fees prior to the PIM being dispatched. You will still pay the deposit before the application is formally received.
You will receive an email from us once the PIM report is ready. As the deposit would have already been paid any additional charges will be invoiced when the report is complete. This invoice must be paid before the PIM is dispatched.
