Island Road and Burnt Hill Fords are now open. Fords which remain closed are: Raineys Road, McGraths Road, Burnt Hill Road, and Steffens Road. Members of the public are advised that these fords are temporarily closed to all motor vehicles until further notice.
Closure are made in accordance with Section 11(a) of the Tenth Schedule of the Local Government Act 1974 and will apply to all vehicular traffic with the exception of the Fire Service, Ambulance, Police, Council vehicles and other vehicles authorised by the Council.
