All rental fees and charges are gst inclusive and are reviewed annually.  The Berth License and Live-Aboard application form can be found here (pdf, 687.1 KB) or completed online.

Making a Payment

We offer a range of payment options for your convenience.

All payments must be made in advance of the booking period and according to the designated payment schedule as determined by the Waimakariri District Council.

Direct Debit:

If you’re making regular payments – monthly, quarterly or half-yearly – then direct debit payments are our preferred option. You can download the direct debit form (pdf, 261.9 KB) or we’ll send you a copy of the form on acceptance of your booking request.

Automatic Payments:

You may prefer an automatic payment instead of a Direct Debit. You can set up regular automatic payments by contacting your bank. Please direct all payments to the Waimakariri District Council at account number: 01 0877 0129222 00. Please include as a reference your name and the customer number.

Online Bill Payment:

You can also pay your invoices via an online bill payment. Please direct all bank payments to the Waimakariri District Council at account number: 01 0877 0129222 00. You can also pay your bill online through the Council’s website with your credit card. However, a 2.2% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions. Please include as a reference your customer number and invoice number for all online payments.

Please email us to let us know when you’ve made your automatic payment or online bill payment.

Paying In Person:

If you’d like to pay your invoices in person, you can do so at any one of our Service Centres during business hours. Please make sure you have your invoice and customer number handy at the time of your payment.
