Sections of the asphalt and concrete surfaces have subsided over time and require remediation.
The work will include
- Relaying sections of asphalt road surface.
- Repairing cracks in the concrete footpath.
Timing of work
The repair works will start on Friday 30 January and are expected to be completed on the same day.
How the work may affect you
During construction two bus stops along Lineside Road will be temporarily moved. Bus Stop 44235 will be moved to outside 27 Southbrook Road and Bus Stop 44257 will be moved to outside 642 Lineside Road.
Traffic impacts
While repairs are taking place a lane shift will be in place along Lineside Road and small sections of the footpath adjacent NPD Rangiora will be closed. Two-way traffic and access to businesses will be maintained at all times. Please take extreme care as cyclists will be merging with traffic.
