Fernside Road will be closed between Plaskett Road and Lehman’s Road starting Monday 11 November 2024 for approximately 3 to 4 weeks (depending on weather).
CORDE will be carrying out pavement rehabilitation (granular overlay) on Fernside Road.
The road will be closed between the hours of 7am and 6pm, however will reopen to west bound traffic only overnight. A speed restriction will be in place when the road is open.
East bound traffic will be detoured via Johns Road and Townsend Road for the duration of the works.
