We've revised our Code Compliance Certificates charging process. The fee included in the Building Consent invoice serves as a deposit.

Any duration surpassing the allotted time for processing a Code Compliance Certificate will incur additional charges at the applicable rate.

To streamline Code Compliance Certificate auditing and related administrative tasks, please ensure that all necessary documentation, including the application form (FORM 6), is submitted together. The required information/documents are detailed in your Building Consent (FORM 5). It's advisable to verify that all documents bear the correct address, are signed where necessary, and that the FORM 6 includes a completion date.
