It’s Show Day this Friday which means there will be a few changes to Council Services. We hope you have a great long weekend.
Council Service Centres and Libraries
Council Service Centres will be CLOSED on Show Day and reopen on Monday 18 November.
Libraries will be closed on Show Day and reopen on Monday 18 November.
Kerbside Collections
Collections will be as normal on Show Day, except for commercial premises in the Kaiapoi CBD, north of the Kaiapoi River.
For this area, rubbish and organics will be collected on Thursday 14 November.

Southbrook Resource Recovery Park and Oxford Transfer Station
Southbrook Resource Recovery Park is open as normal from 8.30am - 4.30pm.
Oxford Transfer Station is open as normal on Friday, from 12.30pm - 4.30pm.
Aquatic Facilities
On Show Day, Waimakariri Aquatic Facilities will be open between 10am - 7pm. Normal hours resume on Saturday.
Oxford Pool will open from Saturday 23 November.
