It's going to be busy on Sunday 10 December so forget any parking worries and leave the stress of
driving to someone else. Catch the free bus to Christmas in the Park and Santa
Parade from Kaiapoi, Woodend or Rangiora.
The first bus will depart Kaiapoi at 11.30am from Williams
Street just north of Ohoka Road and head to Woodend via Williams Street.
Passengers should just wait at regular bus stops and signal
the driver. Once in Woodend, the bus
will head from State Highway 1 down Woodend Road and along Rangiora-Woodend
Road to Rangiora where passengers can get off at Ashley Street.
The bus will then do a loop around Rangiora (see map) before
heading back to Kaiapoi to do the run again at around 12.40pm. If there is no designated bus stop just
signal the driver who will stop for you.
Return journeys to Woodend and Kaipaoi will leave Rangiora
at approximately 3.30pm, 4.30pm and 5.30pm.
