New Sewer Pipeline Installation at Tram Road, Mandeville

A new sewer pipeline will be installed on the southern side of Tram Road between No. 10 Road and McHughs Road.

On Grade Drainage & Excavation Ltd will be starting work on Monday 10 April and the work is expected to take approximately eight weeks to complete.

How this work may affect you

  • The pipeline route crosses McHughs Road, Pinewood Close and a number of driveways. There will be short times when access to your property is limited. We will advise you in advance before any access restrictions.
  • The pipeline will be located in the grass berm. Traffic disruption on Tram Road will be minimal, although lower speed limits will be in place through the works.
  • Due to the location of underground services within the work area, there may be disruption to your telecommunications, power and water. In conjunction with network operators, we will advise you when service interruptions will occur. We will do our best to keep any disruptions to a minimum.

General Impacts

All work will be undertaken between 7am and 6.30pm, Monday to Saturday.
