The table shows indicative rates, excluding the ‘Your Choice’ kerbside collection service, for a range of properties in the district for the first 3 years of the Long Term Plan. They are based on the 2016 property revaluations.
Overall, rate increases are within the Council’s financial policy limits set for rates revenue, operating and capital expenditure and debt levels detailed in our Financial Strategy.
