Annual maintenance is being carried out at the Cust Water Treatment Plant on Tuesday 6 October, from 10am to approx 2pm.
To complete this work safely, the water supply to the Cust network will be temporarily shut off for the duration.
As the water supply to your property will be shut off, please make sure you have enough water stored for drinking, handwashing and other essential needs during this time.
Once the supply is restored, we recommend running your cold tap in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry for around 30 seconds (or until the flow runs evenly) to clear any air that may have entered the pipes.
