St Margaret’s College is beginning work on the construction of a new rowing building at Murphy Park.
As part of the redevelopment of Murphy Park Street, St Margaret’s College will be starting works on construction of their new storage shed. Consultation on the masterplan took place in 2018, with Board approval on the concept plan in 2025 along with a lease for St Margaret’s College.
The work will include
- Construction of foundations for their shed along with services
- Construction of the new shed
- Removal of their existing container
- Sealed building access.

Work is expected to commence on 27 April 2026 and take approximately 11 weeks.
