Footpath Restrictions for Veranda Upgrade Work Near Coffee Culture in Rangiroa

Council has been informed that from Thursday 1 October for approximately four weeks, sections of the footpath outside 113 High Street, Rangiora (Coffee Culture/the corner of High Street and Victoria Street) will be affected while building maintenance is undertaken on the veranda and frontage.

WD Build will be managing the work on behalf of the building owner. Scaffolding and temporary safety measures will be required throughout the work area.

A temporary pedestrian route will be provided where possible. However, there will be times when the footpath must be closed to ensure public safety. Pedestrians are asked to follow temporary signage and direction.

Businesses within the building will remain open where possible, and the contractor will work with tenants to maintain customer access subject to site safety requirements.

What to expect
  • Veranda and external building maintenance work
  • Scaffolding around the building frontage
  • Temporary pedestrian routes and footpath diversions
  • Periodic footpath closures as required for safety
  • Businesses remaining accessible where it is safe to do so.
Work days and hours

Monday to Friday, between 6.30am and 6.30pm.

Thank you for your patience while the footpath is unavailable. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us or the contractor directly.
