Community Barbeques

Friendship, family, fun and food feature high on all our wish lists during Christmas and the New Year. Waimakariri District Council's Community Team are getting into the spirit of this special season by bringing together all of these things at a series of neighbourhood park barbeques. Community Events

Visit Waimakariri

Visit Waimakariri promote the Waimakariri District - from activities, accommodation, places to eat and drink, and of course, events. This is a great place to browse all types of events and activities by category - from craft and trade shows, art, music and theatre, to sports and local markets.

Rangiora Promotions

The Rangiora Promotions Association organises and promotes a number of great community events throughout the year. Highlights include Eats & Beats in Victoria Park, the Christmas Celebration Night, the Pop Up Business Expo, Santa Parade and Christmas Party in the Park.

Kaiapoi Promotion Association

The Kaiapoi Promotion Association Inc. works hard with the community to promote the Kaiapoi township. They organise and collaborate on a number of events, big and small throughout the year.
