Agendas
Agendas for meetings are usually available on our
website 4-5 days before each meeting. These are all available in PDF
format. File sizes are listed - some agendas can be quite large. These are full agendas including copies of previous minutes and staff reports that will be presented at the meeting. Hard
copies of agendas can also be viewed at the Council's service centres
and the Rangiora Library.
Minutes
Draft
minutes of meetings are usually available on the Council website within a week
of the meeting. Draft minutes are unconfirmed until they are confirmed
at the next meeting. Minutes are available in PDF format.
