	Stockwater restrictions Please note that full restrictions are in place for the use of stockwater. The taking of stockwater for domestic irrigation and ponds is prohibited until further notice. A public notice to this effect has been placed in local papers. Restrictions are in place due the present low levels in the Waimakariri River. This restriction has now been lifted.
