The case studies listed below show what methods have
been used by some Christchurch businesses to reduce paper use
and increase diversion of paper and cardboard, and the benefits
of using the 3R’s for reducing wastage of paper and cardboard.
These are all older projects facilitated under Christchurch
City Council’s Target Zero umbrella; however we are using
the same the principles for the “Don’t Screw Up
Canterbury” project.

Waimakariri District may be able to receive subsidised visits
from the Target Sustainability group in the near future.
