Tips on Searching for an Address
If you are searching on the valuation number, click on 'Valuation No' and enter the number into the second box (no gaps or hyphens).
If you are searching by address, click on 'Address' and enter the street number into the first box and the street name in the second box. You don't need to enter a street type, e.g. road, street, avenue, lane etc.
You can enter the street name only, e.g. High. This will
list all the properties with the word High as part of their location
address.
From the list of properties that comes up, clicking on the valuation number will take you to a screen with all the property details - legal description and current valuation details on the Property Info tab, rates for current year and previous year on the Current Rates tab, and valuations and rates for the previous 10 years on the History tab.
