| Stormwater Bylaw 2009: |
Submissions on the draft bylaw closed on 5 March.
There were 3 submissions to the proposal. None of the submitters
wished to be heard.
The hearings panel met on 8 April then adjourned deliberations,
agreeing to put the bylaw on hold pending receipt of Resource
Consent conditions from Ecan for the Southbrook Stormwater
system being settled, as these may influence the final form
of the bylaw.
