Millton Memorial Reserve is a 9.8 hectare area bordered by River Road, Cones Road and Millton Avenue, located north of Rangiora's town centre. Currently the Council leases this site for grazing horses and the new Department of Conservation Area Office is being built in the south-western corner.

This area is classified as a park for the community and it is the council's intention to develop the area to provide the local community with recreational facilities that they consider to be the best use of this area.

The following list shows some examples but is by no means exhaustive of activities which you may wish to see provided for:

Informal sport events at a local competition level
Picnicking, socialising, general play, ball games
Dog related activites ie: a dog trial park
Walking tracks
