2011 Community Survey Report

The 2011 Community Survey reports on current community attitudes and priorities of Waimakariri District residents.

The survey is designed to assist and assess progress toward achieving the community outcomes currently included in the Council's Ten Year Plan 2009-2019.

The survey also helps Council to meet its obligation under the Resource Management Act 1991 to undertake state of the environment reporting.

It will also assist Councillors and other decision-makers within the District to be aware of community priorities and to learn the views of residents about topical issues.
