Why the need for review?

Kippenberger Avenue, from Watkins Drive to east of Devlin Avenue has recently been developed and upgraded. A new cycleway and cycle crossing point is also planned for Kippenberger Avenue.

Northbrook Road from Papawai Drive to east of Goodwin Street has also been upgraded following urban development in the area.

There is an increase in heavy traffic using Lehmans Road and River Road, particularly following the chip-sealing of River Road. There is also an increase in development and roadside activity along the length of Lehmans Road.

It’s time to review whether the speed limits in these areas need to be changed.

We want your opinion so….

Let’s Talk about this proposal.
